Returns, Refunds, Exchange
We will always package our products with great care to ensure they get to you in good condition. However, should a product arrive damaged we ask that you contact us within three days of purchasing/receiving your item. We require the invoice as proof of purchase to complete your return, and then we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. We will send you the refund within 5 business days. The refund will appear in your bank account in about 3-5 business days after.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
